FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Can your park handle my coach (big rig) and tow vehicle? Sure can...on a nice, long RV site with room for your slide-outs and awnings. We can accommodate rigs to 45' towing a car or truck. Sure, but you must keep the pet on a leash, (cats too!)...county regulations say so. If you are going to tootle for the day, and you must leave your pet at the campground, please do not tie it up outside your vehicle or tent. Doggies love to howl while you are away and this has a tendency to drive the folks that stayed home for the day, CRAZY. So if you have a howling mutt, leave him home (your home) or put him in a kennel (White and White 406-682-7151 is a good kennel/veterinarian) for the day. We, and all the folks in the campground, will appreciate your consideration. Sorry, no pit bulls or rotweilers allowed. Yes, we have wonderful, clean, and private hot showers. There is no extra charge, as you will find at some other campgrounds. Reservations can be made all year long. It is best to reserve early (January, February, March) if you plan to arrive during the peak season (mid-June through mid-August). You can make reservations for Camper Corner online here. Reservations If the in-laws and their kids, (or other family members, or friends) are riding in the same vehicle with you, the only charge would be for more than 2 people. (i.e., you, your spouse, 2 kids over 10 years = 4 persons. Grandma and Grandpa in your RV would be extra). We love family reunions, but if the in-laws are in their own vehicle, they will have to rent their own site. This is standard practice throughout the private campground industry. State and National parks have different policies. Reserve early and we can make sure your sites are in close proximity. Space is reserved on a first come, first serve basis. If you have reserved your site for 5 days and decide at the last minute that you want to stay an extra couple of days, we will do our best to accommodate you. During peak season, (June 22nd through August) it is sometimes difficult to accommodate every request, especially for full hook-up sites. It's not that we don't want you to stay, just that others have made reservations and we may already have rented the site for the day you are leaving. We will do our best to take care of everyone, as we aim to please. Remember to reserve early Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received at least 10 days prior to check-in to receive your deposit refund minus a $15.00 processing fee. Our busiest weeks are the last week of June through the end of August. September is a wonderful time to visit, as the weather is usually mild and the crowds after Labor Day have gone home! You can check the daily weather on our website. Yahoo's Weather Records and Averages for each month can be found * HERE.* In general, the nights are always cool after the sun sets behind the mountains. Perfect weather for star gazing in Big Sky country! Be sure to bring a jacket, as we are close to the mountains! Our altitude is 4,960'. YES! I have an extra phone line for telephone and modem access installed in the laundry facility. Always ask for Good Sam or other discounts. |
